The Controller position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience), $1 increase after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and we offer medical and dental insurance and a 401K package.
Our office hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CONTROLLER The primary focus of the Controller is to provide up to date accounting of company financial information for the purpose of auditing and maintaining necessary monetary resources for company growth for MTH Tool Company and P&W Foundry.
The Controller oversees Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable and Monthly Financial Reporting.
Closing of the month entails:
calculating commissions, bank account reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, closing entries, entering accruals, in order to run accurate internal financial statements.
Controller is responsible for quarterly and annual tax reporting and electronic filings (including 1099s).
The Controller manages and supervises one part-time Accounting Clerk.
There is never a dull moment in the accounting office.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 5 years' experience in cost accounting Manufacturing experience is required.
Managerial Accounting is required.
Highly organized Ability to prioritize tasks Communicate effectively with customers inside and outside the company.
Experience with various cost accounting software packages.
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
Experience with ERP manufacturing software, such as Intuitive, is a plus.
