Lively atmosphere Relaxed atmosphere This job has nothing to do with Art or Pottery Wheel This is a Slipcasting production job, its a dirty and dusty job Are you a self-starter who can be left unattended? Established ceramics manufacturer is looking for part time help, which can lead to a full time position for the right person.
Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4:
30pm Duties include:
Slipcasting:
Pouring slip into plaster molds and taking pieces out of molds.
Cleaning Ceramics:
Scraping mold lines and cleaning with sponge.
Loading kiln:
Loading greenware into kiln once all the edges are smoothed off.
Experience not required; will train the right individual.
Must be 18 to apply.
Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds Job Types:
