-Must be 21 yesrs old or older - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the gaming site - Provide great guest service and inform guests about daily specials - manage the waitlist if needed - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Ensure the cafe/gaming area are cleaned and organized - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary - Cash handling for processing payments on register Skills:
