We are currently looking for a Service Department Dispatcher to help us ensure the smooth operation of our service department.
Key
Responsibilities:
Dispatch service technicians to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and prioritize tasks.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department environment.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Previous experience in a General Motors service department or dispatch role is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
