is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising sponsorships to local businesses for community events.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding and want to build relationships.
Responsibilities - Proactively prospect new accounts for a variety of special local event projects.
Develop client relationships and represent the radio stations in a professional manner.
Stay on task until the desired results have been achieved.
Develop and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with clients.
Qualifications - Willingness to stay focused and make the calls necessary to complete a project.
Organized and great time management skills.
Good communication skills, phone etiquette, computer skills and a desire to WIN! We offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package.
Gaurentee offered for the first 2 months then an wages plus commission pay structure.
