Summary:
The Bilingual Payroll Office Assistant position is responsible for maintaining and proofing of the Plano Distribution Center payroll along with other miscellaneous tasks.
This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills while maintaining a positive attitude in a self-motivated environment.
Previous payroll experience is not required, training will be provided for this position.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Accurately entering/adjusting time punches for over 1,200 team members throughout the Distribution Center.
Assistance with translating of interviews, orientations, and communication between Team Members and staff.
Entering information of new Team Member into company payroll system.
Completing transfers, terminations, and any other changes of Team Member status while maintaining and filing necessary paperwork.
Manage C-Cure security badge systems for existing and terminated Team Members Updating and distributing current opportunities of the Distribution Center.
Maintain updates for Leave of Absences and Vacations in company payroll systems and spreadsheets.
Other miscellaneous tasks pertaining to payroll and human resources.
Position Requirements:
Ability to perform data entry and multi-task other responsibilities Bilingual in Spanish Strong organizational skills Excellent written communication, verbal communication and, listening skills Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner Great attitude and the ability to adapt to change Able to use Microsoft Office, basic typing and computer skills Previous payroll experience is a plus, but is not required Available to work the hours Monday-Friday (8:
